Add all your sausages to a 4-quart slow cooker. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup of pepperoncini peppers, and the tangy liquid/brine from the pepperoncini jar to combine.
Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix, dry ranch seasoning, and garlic powder evenly across the top of the sausages. Cut butter into small chunks and dot it over the seasoned mixture. Cover the slow cooker, and cook on the Low heat setting for roughly 3 hours, until the sausages are fully heated through and the sauce turns thick and glossy.
Once the cook time finishes, stir gently to coat every sausage evenly with the sauce. Fold in the remaining ½ cup of pepperoncini peppers. Serve the dish warm immediately.
