No-Bake Festive Easter Snack Mix
This easy, sweet party treat comes together in under 30 minutes and is perfect for Easter gatherings, kid’s snacks, or holiday gifting.
Ingredients
4 cups square-shaped corn or rice cereal (popular options like Corn Chex® or Rice Chex® work perfectly)
2 cups toasted oat cereal (Cheerios® is the classic go-to for this recipe)
1 12-ounce bag of white chocolate chips
Festive Easter-themed sprinkles (use as much or as little as you prefer for color and crunch)
½ cup pastel candy-coated chocolates (like seasonal Pastel M&Ms®), plus extra for topping
½ cup mini pastel marshmallow bits, plus extra for finishing
1 cup bunny-shaped graham crackers (any flavor works, Annie's® makes a great widely available option)
Directions
Prep your workspace first: Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking, then set it aside while you build the mix.
Add your square cereal and toasted oat cereal to a very large mixing bowl, then give them a quick toss to combine evenly.
Pour the white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly between each round to avoid scorching. Stop heating once the chocolate is completely smooth and fully melted.
Pour the melted white chocolate over your cereal mixture, and toss quickly to ensure every piece of cereal gets an even coating. Spread the chocolate-covered cereal out into a single uniform layer on your prepped baking sheet. While the chocolate is still soft and tacky, add your Easter sprinkles, followed by the measured half cups of pastel chocolates and marshmallow bits.
Let the mixture rest at room temperature until the chocolate sets and hardens completely, which takes roughly 20 minutes. Once set, break the chocolate-bound snack base into bite-sized pieces, then transfer everything back to your large mixing bowl and add the bunny graham crackers. Give everything a final gentle toss, top with extra marshmallow bits and pastel chocolates if desired for extra color and sweetness, and serve.
